Behavior analysis is an optimistic, solution-oriented, individualized approach to everyday life. It takes the concept of a “problem” and turns it on its head—where every problem is a solution that has not yet been fully developed. Its tools and assessments empower individuals to listen to their behaviors, as they would their thoughts, and respond compassionately. Valerie’s experiences and struggles in everyday life have inspired her to work toward making the science of behavior analysis accessible to more people so they may struggle less and more effectively live the life they want.
